Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Epsilon, a global advertising and marketing technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Compensation team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting and administering sales compensation plans for one or more Lines of Business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to provide best-in-class sales compensation plan administration.
- Work closely with various departments across Epsilon, including Finance, Accounting, Internal IT, and Sales Operations, as well as Human Resources, Total Rewards, Legal, and Sales.
- Implement sales compensation plans into Xactly, manage new hire plan onboarding, commission calculations, policy governance, escalation resolution, and sales leader and field support.
- Own validation and submission of commissions consistently, accurately, and timely.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Contribute to sales compensation plan performance analysis, including correlation between results and payments by plan and comparison to historical performance periods.
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, with a strong understanding of sales compensation systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using Xactly Incent and Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
