We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Business System Analyst to join our Financial Systems team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of our financial planning and sales compensation functions.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain our financial forecasting tool, Prophix, ensuring seamless data integrations and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to design and implement new processes and system updates.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) to ensure clear communication and understanding of system requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve system issues and improve system utilization.
- Evaluate reporting needs and suggest improvements to enhance business decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or computer science.
- 3+ years of experience in financial systems administration, with a focus on ERP systems and corporate financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial and operational modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Prophix and other enterprise analytical systems is a plus.
