About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing current reports to identify data lineage and optimize reporting processes.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business processes and map data requirements.
- Working closely with Data Warehouse partners to translate reporting requirements into actionable data insights.
- Defining data elements and metrics with Data Stewards to ensure data governance standards are met.
- Aligning business and technology stakeholders to drive conversations on data definitions and ensure seamless data integration.
- Creating detailed requirements for data teams, capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Aligning solutions with data governance standards in collaboration with the Data Governance team.
- Maintaining strong relationships with business and IT partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Developing report wireframes for business review and approval, working closely with stakeholders.
- Providing guidance to data teams on solution design and ensuring adequate test coverage.
- Engaging with business users to ensure successful completion of user acceptance testing.
- Collaborating with report developers to build reports based on wireframes and define report availability and performance SLAs.
- Communicating complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, from business users to data and technology teams.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience creating wireframes and interacting with business users.
- Experience working on Microsoft Azure Technologies and building reports in SSRS, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of the consumer finance business and ability to communicate complex technical solutions.
