About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team at Publicis Groupe. As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales compensation plan administration for one or more Lines of Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to provide best-in-class sales compensation plan administration.
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Internal IT, and Sales Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales compensation plans.
  • Implement sales compensation plans into Xactly, manage new hire plan onboarding, commission calculations, policy governance, escalation resolution, and sales leader and field support.
  • Own validation and submission of commissions consistently, accurately, and timely.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • Contribute to sales compensation plan performance analysis, including correlation between results and payments by plan and comparison to historical performance periods.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, with a strong understanding of sales compensation systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Xactly Incent and Salesforce, or similar CRM systems, is a plus.
