Head of Compensation and Benefits

Parkinson Lee Executive Search is partnering with a high-growth, fast-paced business seeking a commercial Senior Reward Professional. Following a sale to private equity, the company is poised for expansion across the UK, having recently appointed senior C-suite individuals, including the CPO, to drive business forward.
About the RoleWe are looking for a commercial thinking, results-driven Head of Reward who will be a core member of the People Leadership team and wider leadership group across the business. As a reward expert, you will have the capabilities to set up from scratch and lead and enable a high-performing Reward function covering all aspects of Compensation and Benefits for all levels of employees.
Key Responsibilities- Initial Review and analysis of the businesses within the group to assess requirements and propose a full execution of the plan.
- Act as the cornerstone for the CPO, supplying crucial data, analytics, and insights necessary to make informed decisions that shape the course of the business.
- Maintain a Competitive Edge: Keep the business ahead of the game by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends and applying a strategic and creative lens to attract and retain staff and ensure a competitive offering for all roles in all markets.
- Review: Include regular pay benchmarking, reviewing and updating the benefits package, and actively collecting and reviewing employee feedback.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to translate concepts into implementation, including equity, executive remuneration, salary review, benchmarks, benefits, and incentive schemes across multiple business units.
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional analytical skills who can draw and communicate insights from data and analysis as well as deliver highly complex projects in expedited timeframes.
