Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and manage customer interactions via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position working a 4 nights on, 4 nights off schedule with 12-hour shifts. Shift start times may vary between 1700-0500 and 1900-0700.
