Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Specialist to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to prioritize marketing efforts and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future marketing initiatives
  • Support event planning and execution, including lead capture and follow-up
  • Develop and refine the annual event strategy for the region, analyzing past event performance and making recommendations for future events
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in regional or field marketing, preferably with B2B technology companies
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • At least 2 years of experience with tradeshow execution, including logistics and promotion
  • ROI and goal-driven, with a focus on delivering results
