We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our Shrewsbury restaurant to continued success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial control
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a hands-on capacity, leading from the front and driving results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
