We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Penny Cook Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the Hospitality Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including people, stocks, and finances, to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Work in a hands-on capacity, leading from the front, to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all compliance and company systems and procedures are adhered to, and drive sales to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced branded high street restaurant or quick service business.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver results.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for high-quality food and drink.
- Ability to manage large teams, drive sales, and maintain high standards of customer service.
