Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Redde Northgate plc. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our customers' accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received in line with agreed terms.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or queries related to customer payments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to secure prompt resolutions to any issues.
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
