Job Summary
ZIGUP is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our customers' accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new processes and procedures as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
