Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Redde Northgate plc. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our customers' receivables, ensuring timely payments and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring payments are received in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the credit control team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any payment issues or disputes.
- Utilize Excel expertise to analyze and manage large volumes of data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
About You
- You will have prior experience in credit control, with a strong understanding of receivables management and debt collection.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
