Your role will involve cultivating strong customer relationships and enhancing the brand's image and ethos. As a natural leader, you will inspire storytelling about our products and support the Shop Management in achieving and surpassing financial objectives and operational efficiencies. Your time on the shop floor will be engaging and educational as you connect with our clients, environment, and team.

The Role:
- Encourage the team to warmly welcome all clients through the Paul Smith sales process, which includes greeting, discovering, proposing, closing, and following up to create memorable customer experiences.
- Engage with customers to build lasting relationships, foster brand loyalty, and delight them with your service, thereby establishing your credibility as a Paul Smith Brand Ambassador.
- Inspire your team to maximize sales and customer opportunities, ensuring they meet and exceed their individual targets to achieve store KPIs and sales performance.
- Collaborate with Shop Management on initiatives to reach and surpass financial goals.
- Share comprehensive product knowledge with the team, including our bespoke services.
- Take responsibility for stock-related tasks, including processing deliveries, managing customer orders, facilitating store transfers, handling returns, and conducting stocktakes.
- Maintain visual presentation and store upkeep to meet the company's standards both on and off the shop floor.
