Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Train and develop the team to expand employee knowledge and represent the brand positively.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to analyse performance, develop sales strategies, and make confident decisions to increase store performance.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of store KPIs and provide insightful feedback on product performance, operational procedures, sales techniques, and the customer experience.
  • Actively protect profit through managing inventory levels and minimising loss.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising updates that captivate our customers and highlight our brand's essence.
  • Oversee stock management, including daily replenishment, transfers, shipments, and general organisational tasks to optimise efficient inventory levels.
