About the Role

The Sales Floor Supervisor is a key position in our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy sales floor. As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of Pandora and play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor store sales figures and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Assist with store operations, including cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or retail environment, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for Pandora's brand and products
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
