Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient vital signs and health status, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately and efficiently document patient information, treatments, and progress to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff by maintaining a well-organized workspace and adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid RN License: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
