Position Overview

Aesthetic Education Specialist - Level 5 in Teaching and Learning

We are seeking an Aesthetic Education Specialist with a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) to join our esteemed Aesthetics Clinic & Training Academy.

Your primary role will involve instructing and overseeing the delivery of Qaulifi and/or VTCT courses to students up to Level 7.

In addition, you will act as a mentor to fellow Trainers who are currently pursuing their Level 5 in Teaching and Learning.

This position offers a unique chance to significantly influence the development of future aesthetic professionals by providing thorough training programs, workshops, and educational sessions.

You will have the opportunity to impart your knowledge, techniques, and industry best practices to eager learners, enabling them to thrive in their aesthetic careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training programs up to Level 7 for aspiring aesthetic professionals, concentrating on injectables and other advanced aesthetic techniques.
  • Present engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical demonstrations.
  • Instruct theoretical concepts and practical skills to ensure a well-rounded understanding of aesthetic procedures.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees during practical sessions, helping them to master various techniques.
  • Remain informed about the latest developments in the aesthetics field and integrate them into the training curriculum.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to track trainees' progress and identify areas needing improvement.
  • Offer continuous support and mentorship to trainees and fellow educators, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as an Aesthetic Practitioner, particularly in injectables and advanced aesthetic techniques.
  • A medical background with experience as a Nurse is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A proven history of successful outcomes and a robust portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging manner.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy, product selection, and the latest techniques in aesthetics.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with trainees and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate training sessions, which may include evenings and weekends.
  • Recognized certification as an Aesthetic Practitioner (essential), along with any additional teaching or training qualifications (preferred but not essential).
