About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience when exchanging currency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on our travel money products and services
  • Engage with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to our compliance procedures

Requirements

  • Numerically proficient, with a strong grasp of numbers and ability to handle large amounts of cash
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and deliver exceptional results
