About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
  • Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and provide a positive experience for customers.
