Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted travel money advisor, providing expert guidance on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, driving procedural, operational, and customer-focused excellence.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to process daily online FX requests and deliveries, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Numerical proficiency, with a strong grasp of numbers and ability to handle large amounts of cash and currency.
  • IT proficiency, with a basic understanding of computer systems and in-house till systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a positive impact and deliver exceptional results.
