About the Role:

As a Tesco Travel Money Advisor, you will be part of the Travelex team, supporting retail customers with their foreign exchange options and ensuring their travel experience starts off in the best way possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Engage with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, procedural, operational, and customer-focused
  • Utilise your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient with a firm grasp of numbers
  • IT proficient with basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator with ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Desire to succeed with drive and vision to make a difference

Interview Process:

Our team of Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers will review your application and conduct an initial screening call. You will then be invited to an online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by a visit to the bureau to meet with the Bureau Manager and see the working environment.
