Financial Planning Administrator

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to provide administrative support to a team of Financial Planners/Advisers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing new investments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client queries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process new investments, including pension and SIPP contracts, and manage online fund switches
  • Maintain accurate records and update the back-office system
  • Diary management for Advisers and ensure all documentation is scanned to a paperless system
  • Liaise with external parties regarding queries and manage own workload
  • Prepare meeting packs for Advisers and maintain the client management system

The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience working in a similar Financial Planning support role, with experience of working with Client Management systems such as Intelliflo/First. Any experience working with online platforms such as AEGON, Transact, or AJ Bell would be advantageous. A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice or working towards it would also be beneficial.

This is a 9-month maternity cover contract, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a leading Investment Management & Financial Planning firm in Harrogate.
