Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Lime People Search & Select Ltd. As a Paraplanning Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisers in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to our team of advisers to deliver a positive client experience.
  • Assist with the production of suitability reports for reviews and new business, based on client needs.
  • Support the Paraplanning Manager in logging incoming projects and maintaining up-to-date report templates.
  • Work on complex client situations, including High Net Worth clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist with the provision of fully compliant, accurate, and potentially complex reports, including analysis, research, and product recommendations.
  • Conduct research for Asset Allocation on clients' existing portfolios, quantifying and analyzing clients' existing investments.
  • Obtain valuations, quotations, and supporting application documentation.
  • Provide advice within a strict ethical and compliance framework, under guidance from the Compliance Manager and internal policy and procedures.
  • Manage your workload, provide updates to your line manager, and commit to continuous personal development.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Financial Planning or Level 4 qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Paraplanning role, with good experience in Report Writing and research methodologies.
  • Part-qualified individuals looking to take their next step into a full Paraplanning role may also be considered.
