Estee Lauder Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales turnover and market share through a consumer-focused approach. Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional brand image, maximizing sales through excellent service and retail standards, and contributing to operational efficiencies.
Sales and Service- Understand daily and weekly targets to drive sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and identify missed opportunities.
- Effectively utilize social media to drive business growth and protect the brand image.
- Deliver the brand strategy, ensuring a local plan is executed effectively.
- Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity.
- Deliver exceptional service by implementing measures to continually improve service levels and create a zero-complaint culture.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, ensuring brand values are represented and brought to life.
- Manage refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with digital tools to ensure knowledge is current.
- Develop a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer base.
- Ensure excellent standards are maintained at all times, including product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, and pricing.
- Review retail standards daily to ensure they meet required standards.
- Ensure deliveries, stock movements, and administration are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Implement auditable processes and administration in line with company guidelines.
- Respond to information requests accurately and within deadlines.
- Minimize stock loss by implementing company security policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for consumers.
- Ensure health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve a minimum overall grading of 'Acceptable' during audits.
- Manage daily replenishment, taking action as necessary.
- Maximize sales performance by utilizing commercial reports before making decisions.
- Plan and deliver visual merchandising layouts, ensuring they meet guidelines and timescales.
- Identify stock package issues and take corrective action.
- Effectively manage promotions and discounts in line with company guidelines.
- Identify trends and suggest enhancements to product performance.
Essential qualifications include:
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment.
- Ability to drive self-development.
- Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
- Effective communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
