Support Worker

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Group. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers to develop their skills and achieve their goals. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them live independently.

What you'll do:
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Help customers with budgeting, shopping, and other practical tasks.
  • Support customers with risk assessments, support planning, and goal setting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to customers.

What we're looking for:
  • Experience of caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
