Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in a supported living setting
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Female, residing in the UK, and eligible to work full-time hours on a permanent basis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities
