FMCG Selection is seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as a National Account Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across a portfolio of leading branded food products.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with grocery multiple retail customers to drive sales growth and business expansion.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of growing and managing retail customers at NAE, Junior NAM, or NAM level.
  • Experience within branded food or drink products is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000.
  • 15% bonus scheme.
  • £6,400 car allowance.
