As a challenger in the FMCG market, we have big ambitions and are looking for a dynamic Junior National Account Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this high-autonomy role is pivotal in driving transformational growth across multiple channels.

As the Junior National Account Manager, you'll take the lead in managing existing customer relationships and spearheading new business acquisition. With full P&L responsibility for your accounts, you'll be at the forefront of driving significant sales growth. Your role is dual-focused: 1) Enhancing ROS through activations and increasing distribution with current customers, and 2) Focusing approximately two-thirds of your time on acquiring new customers and expanding into new channels.
