Job Title: Financial Accounting Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts for all group companies and liaising with auditors on disclosure notes and filing where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide supporting information for the annual UK corporation returns and computations, including deferred tax computations for the group.
- Liaise with the UK and Group Finance teams, Auditors, Company Secretary, HMRC and tax advisors for all statutory entities where required.
- Work closely with the portfolio team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements as requested by the Group finance team.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Support and maintain effective internal control procedures to safeguard the Group and Company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of public practice and industry, with extensive financial accounting and reporting experience.
