About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals living with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all care plans are followed to provide the appropriate level of support to service users.
  • Support residents in their daily lives, both within the service and local community.
  • Assist with meal preparation and oversee the health and safety of service users.
  • Record observation checks as outlined in individual care plans.
  • Identify and report any risks or concerns to senior staff in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 2 care-related references from professional care settings.
  • Mandatory training certificates dated within the past 12 months or the facility to pay for the required training.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate covering Adults and Children.
  • Minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working with Autistic service users in a formal supported-living service or day service.
What We Offer

As a Support Worker with Quality Service Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. We offer competitive pay rates, including £11.50 per hour for days and £12.00 per hour for nights. We also provide online training at a subsidised fee and support with obtaining the necessary certifications.
