Our residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible while receiving the necessary support framework to ensure their safety and well-being.
Your Responsibilities:- Implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide comprehensive support with daily activities, both within the service and in the local community.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Prioritize the health and safety of residents under your care, identifying potential risks and promptly communicating concerns to senior staff.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment through respectful interactions and compassionate care.
- Competitive hourly rates of £11.50 for day shifts and £12.00 for night shifts.
- Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
- The opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you can make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
- Minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience supporting Autistic service users within a formal supported-living service or day service.
- Two care-related references from professional care settings.
- Valid Enhanced DBS certificate covering Adults and Children.
- Mandatory training certificates dated within the past 12 months, or willingness to obtain them (training can be provided at a subsidized fee).
