Financial Crime Analyst Role

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Crime Analyst to support our team in designing and implementing financial crime oversight plans, providing SME input, and contributing to reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial crime risk management, including fraud, AML, and sanctions compliance, and a good understanding of the UK's financial crime regulatory regime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Financial Crime Manager in designing and completing financial crime oversight plans.
  • Assist with change initiatives and provide SME input as required.
  • Support financial crime training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
  • Contribute to reports produced by the team.

Requirements

  • Good financial crime risk management experience in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Good knowledge of the UK's financial crime regulatory regime.
  • Experience performing first line oversight and monitoring.
  • Experience producing and delivering financial crime training material, plus reports for senior stakeholders.
