NS&I is seeking a skilled Financial Crime Risk Management professional to join their team.
The successful candidate will support the Financial Crime Manager in designing and implementing the financial crime oversight plan, ensuring the organization's outsourced providers adhere to relevant financial crime-related legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
This role plays a critical part in safeguarding customers, protecting the organization's reputation, and ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing first-line oversight and monitoring
- Providing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Producing and delivering financial crime training material and reports for senior stakeholders
Essential qualifications and experience include:
- Good financial crime risk management experience in a regulated financial services environment
- Knowledge of the UK's financial crime regulatory regime
Desirable qualifications and experience include:
- Degree-educated or professional qualification (ICA or equivalent)
- Experience producing and delivering financial crime training material and reports
