Job Title: Financial Crime Training Specialist

Deloitte - Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Training Specialist to support the delivery of the People Training and Capability Workstream within the Financial Crime Transformation Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a Financial Crime Training and Competency Framework for colleagues undertaking Financial Crime activity across first and second lines of defence.
  • Conduct a Learning Needs Analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders and implement an oversight model to manage tracking and consequence management.
  • Support the design of the baseline/foundational Financial Crime knowledge and behavioural outcomes for all colleagues.
  • Develop a Financial Crime career progression model and support the enhancement of the Bankwide talent management model.
  • Design and implement a training programme to support Holistic Customer Risk Management (HCRM) rollout.
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting change or transformation projects with a strong understanding of how to report and evidence successful implementation.
  • Competent in interpreting data related to learning and development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience of designing and implementing Training and Competency Frameworks for first and second lines of defence audiences.
  • Understanding of financial crime regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
