About the Role

C-urb is seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer to lead the delivery of project, programme, and contracts management services for the investment and maintenance of Link properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard, achieving excellent customer satisfaction levels, and complying with current standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the budget for allocated Planned Maintenance Programme projects
  • Compile maintenance programmes and ensure effective procurement, contract administration, and project delivery
  • Lead in the survey, preparation, development, management, and delivery of planned projects
  • Manage external contractors, consultants, local authorities, and associated relevant parties
About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project and contract management, including procurement, and a strong working knowledge of managing and delivering Planned Investment/Cyclical Maintenance programmes. They will also have a relevant qualification to Degree level, or equivalent, in a Technical or Building related field, and membership status of a professional body in a relevant discipline.
