Job Summary

Link Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of project, programme, and contracts management services related to the investment and maintenance of Link properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the budget for allocated Planned Maintenance Programme projects.
  • Compile maintenance programmes and ensure effective procurement, contract administration, and project delivery.
  • Lead in the survey, preparation, development, management, and delivery of planned projects.
  • Manage external contractors, consultants, local authorities, and associated relevant parties.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification to Degree level, or equivalent, in a Technical or Building related field.
  • Experience of building and construction Health and Safety, Fire Risk assurance, including building design and specification, and the material qualities of building components.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of Asset Planning and directing investment through major works programmes.
  • Substantial contract management experience with knowledge of standard forms of contract, procurement methods, and tendering processes.
