We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement individually tailored support and risk management plans
- Work collaboratively with individuals to devise and implement recovery focused interventions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service
- Experience working in the mental health sector, preferably with individuals with complex needs
- Good understanding of the recovery model and solution-focused approach
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the development of the service
