About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Google Practice and drive significant growth within the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our GMP client base, deepen existing client relationships, and demonstrate the value of the GMP suite of products to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new GMP business opportunities, develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, and collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strategy Development: Develop, execute, and deliver a comprehensive growth strategy for the Google Practice, aligned with overall business objectives, lead the selling and cross-selling of GMP products, and identify new market opportunities and develop targeted go-to-market plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing team of Google subject-matter experts, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Google stakeholders, understand client needs and challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • GMP Expertise: Possess deep expertise in the Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics 4, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, and other relevant platforms, stay up to date with the latest GMP features and best practices, and provide thought leadership on GMP solutions, industry trends, and their impact to the organization.
  • Performance Optimisation: Drive revenue and profitable growth for the Google Practice, develop and implement performance metrics to measure team and individual success, and own and maintain the team P+L to track commercial success.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in leading and growing a Google Practice within a digital marketing agency.
  • Deep expertise in the Google Marketing Platform and digital advertising.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
