Our client, an independent award-winning agency, is seeking a Part-Time Property Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients through various channels, build and maintain strong relationships, and understand their property needs.
  • Property Presentation: Conduct property viewings and open houses, providing clients with detailed information on available properties and highlighting their key features.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local property market trends, pricing, and comparable property sales to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the deal. Provide expert advice on pricing and terms.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing necessary documents related to property sales, such as sales agreements, contracts, and closing documents.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial client consultation to final property transaction, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a property sales consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, market trends, and property values.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and client management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and property management platforms.
  • Valid driver's license.
