We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at AMR Midlands, a leading specialist recruiter for the Property and Estate Agency sectors.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading independent estate agent in the Black Country, with a strong presence and a large market share.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a traditional estate agency role, including:

  • Phoning out new instructions and vendor and applicant liaison
  • Sales chasing and accompanying viewings
  • Negotiating offers and competitor analysis
  • Property take-ons and market appraisal

While market appraisal experience is not essential, the ability to conduct them with confidence would be beneficial.

We are looking for a team player with good local knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to articulate and present themselves confidently.
