Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

We're passionate about inspiring the next generation of property experts. Our comprehensive training programme gives our Trainees exposure to a wide range of property types and scenarios. You'll also benefit from an established mentoring scheme.

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you'll work with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential valuations to property risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of residential valuations and property risk assessments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of residential property market trends and conditions
  • Work with experienced surveyors to develop skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
