Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential surveying and valuation, working with our experienced team of RICS-registered surveyors.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our surveyors in the field, conducting site visits, and gathering data. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential property valuations, surveys, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors in the field, conducting site visits and gathering data
  • Work on a variety of projects, including residential property valuations, surveys, and risk assessments
  • Develop skills and knowledge in residential surveying and valuation
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
