About the Role

Nested is revolutionizing the estate agency industry in the UK. Traditional agency models can limit agents' earning potential and stifle innovation. As a result, great agents are often constrained, and the customer experience has remained stagnant for decades.

This is where you come in. As a Nested Area Partner, you'll have the autonomy to drive your local strategy, marketing tactics, and hours – directly impacting your earnings. You'll be empowered to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best, from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating.

We'll provide you with the support you need to succeed, including marketing assistance. You'll be responsible for running your own local advertising, with our marketing professionals available to guide you every step of the way.

This is a truly comprehensive role that allows you to do estate agency your way, while leveraging Nested's brand, products, and services.

Requirements
  1. We're seeking a highly experienced estate agent with 5-10 years of top industry experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  2. A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
  3. Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach.
  4. Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential. If you're not familiar with hashtags or TikTok, we're happy to support you – but we do expect genuine enthusiasm to build your brand and engage with your community.
