About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business, providing essential administrative and customer service assistance to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain all documentation related to property sales, including contracts, legal documents, and sales files.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure internal systems (databases, CRMs) are kept up-to-date with property and client information.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, addressing client inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Marketing Support: Support marketing campaigns, including email blasts, social media updates, and printed materials for open houses.
  • Scheduling: Schedule property viewings, valuations, and meetings between clients and agents.
  • Client Updates: Update clients on their property's status, including feedback from viewings, offers, and progression updates.
  • Sales Progression: Support estate agents by managing the sales progression process, ensuring that all paperwork is processed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Background Checks: Conduct background checks, such as verifying buyer information and ensuring financial readiness for property transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in using CRM systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
