About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Welcome and Service Assistant at Newark Park. As the public face of our properties, you will provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors, answer their questions, and ensure they have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors, responding to their queries and providing information about the property.
- Work collaboratively with the Welcome Manager and other team members to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Be adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Contribute to the development of engaging and interactive experiences for our visitors, including key property events and social media promotion.
