About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service and Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Origin Aqua. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the commissioning and servicing of our UK B2C projects, as well as supporting our subcontractors and B2B distribution partners in the UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and servicing of pool water filtration systems
  • Supporting subcontractors and B2B distribution partners on-site
  • Delivering outstanding plant room installations and customer service
  • Providing training and support to distribution partners on our unique mineral water pool filtration technology
  • Managing projects, procurement, and stock, as well as responding to technical customer queries
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a practical or technical trade
  • Experience in pool/pond/plant room plumbing, hot tubs, or a plumbing-related trade is a bonus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office
