To deliver exceptional client care and support to our growing client base across Great Britain, exceeding their expectations and providing a world-class experience.

Job Overview:

This role requires a highly enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Client Experience team as a key point of contact for client queries. The successful candidate will provide fast and effective solutions, ensuring timely responses to emails and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Client Experience inbox, responding to emails and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate contact details and ensure all requests are actioned promptly.
  • Provide overflow support for various departments, logging callbacks and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, to manage tasks and communicate with clients.
  • Arrange annual review appointments with existing clients and liaise with internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Assist front-of-house staff and cover lunch breaks as needed.
  • Manage one-off sales and provide clients with costing information.
  • Coordinate diary management for HR and H&S consultants, booking appointments and ensuring smooth service provision.
