Business Development Manager Work Based Learning Apprenticeships

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at LT Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and developing our client portfolio of highly satisfied employers, stakeholders, and learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing the business's sales strategy to identify and build new business opportunities.
- Managing a team of employer engagement/business development professionals to secure new business opportunities.
- Conducting high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Attending appointments with employers/potential learners to provide current information about programs and associated funding.
- Assessing individual employer requirements to select the most appropriate training solutions for their business needs.
- Actively implementing new sales strategies and initiatives.
- Liaising with various internal departments and personnel.
- Using bespoke management information systems to manage and track employer and engagement activities.
- Handling sensitive private and confidential information professionally, adhering to GDPR legislation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a dynamic approach to business development.
- Has a history of generating and implementing innovative business development ideas.
- Has a proven track record of meeting challenging sales targets and leading strong sales performance across various programs.
- Is responsible for driving strategic growth and developing our client portfolio of highly satisfied employers, stakeholders, and learners.
- Has experience building and maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of businesses and stakeholders.
- Has a history of generating new customer accounts while nurturing relationships with current stakeholders/employers.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exhibits excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Has a high level of client focus, empathy, and understanding and is a team player.
- Is adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Is dedicated to outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
- Can work effectively with personnel across the organization.
- Has excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new software.
