Position: Lead Residential Care Specialist

Compensation: £31,150.08 annually

Work Schedule: Permanent, Full-Time (48 hours weekly, rotating shifts of 2 days on, 2 days off, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the facility. Additional compensation for sleep-in duties.)

Location: Hickling Pastures, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire

    • Compensation for sleep-ins at £45.00 per night

We are looking for a Lead Residential Care Specialist who possesses:

  • Essential: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent NVQ
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of our residents.
  • Strong patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompanying residents to appointments and activities
  • Completing necessary documentation
  • Performing household duties
  • Administering prescribed medications
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing both new and existing care staff within your team
  • Assisting the deputy manager in maintaining a knowledgeable and skilled team

The Role

Outcomes First Group is seeking dedicated Lead Residential Care Specialists to join our teams in the Leicestershire region.

Little Acre is a registered five-bed facility that supports individuals aged 6 to 19 years, committed to fostering incredible futures by providing opportunities, enhancing life skills, and nurturing personal interests.
