About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Diabetic Eye Screener to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our retinal screening program, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with diabetes receive timely and accurate eye care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run local clinics to photograph patients' eyes and assess for diabetic retinopathy
  • Provide empathetic and informative support to patients about their eye health
  • Work independently in a sometimes pressured environment, requiring a cool head and excellent problem-solving skills

Requirements
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
